To respond to the need for more energy efficiency in new home construction, Avis America Modular, Inc. has used Energy Star standards to get you started on receiving an Energy Star rating for your new home. This package includes a number of upgrades from our already energy efficient homes including:
* Window Upgrades to include Argon Gas
* Programmable Themostats
* Energy Star Rated Bath Fan/Light
* R-38 Ceiling Insulation option
* EPS Blockers installed and caulked around the exterior perimeter
* Energy Star Rated Lighting Package
* In Plant Energy Rater Inspection |

Radiant Heat Option
Radiant heat provides three key benefits to homeowners including:
* Comfort
* Energy efficiency
* Elimination of baseboards and radiators that interfere with furniture placement
Radiant heat is considered a "green" technology because the system heats up the objects in a room rather than heating the air. This eliminates cool and warm spots and allows you to be comfortable at a lower temperature thus running your boiler at a lower temperature and saving energy.
Avis America Modular offers two radiant heat options:

Housing modular units are radiant ready due to the spacing of the joists. |
| 2. Warmboard: |
This is a subfloor and heating system in one. This system can be installed in the factory including the PEX tubing and manifolds. This option is available on the first and second floors of a home or for only the first floor. Find out more about Warmboard. |
